A2Z Cloud has returned from Zoho Inspire 2026 with two significant achievements, having been named Rainmaker of the Year (Europe 2025) and retaining its Zoho Premium Partner status, the highest tier in Zoho’s partner programme.

Zoho is a business software company whose tools are used by organisations around the world to manage everything from customer relationships and sales to finance, HR and email. Inspire is the company’s annual event where it shares new developments and recognises its top-performing partners.

As a South West-based Zoho specialist, A2Z Cloud described the recognition as the culmination of an 18-month transformation programme that has seen substantial changes to its team, processes, project delivery and support operations.

A spokesperson for the company said, “What makes this mean so much is what sits behind it. Over the past eighteen months we have changed almost everything about how we work, our team, our processes, the way we deliver and support projects, and the standards we hold ourselves to. It has been a lot of hard work, and this recognition tells us it was worth it. It is proof that the bar we now set for ourselves is being noticed at the very top of the Zoho world.

“A huge thank you to the whole A2Z Cloud team, who made every one of those changes happen, and to Zoho, whose partnership and trust make all of it possible. And to our clients, who came through that change alongside us: this standard is the one we are proud to hold for you.”

The awards come at a time of major developments across the Zoho ecosystem, including a significant CRM platform update and further investment in infrastructure and business applications.

A2Z Cloud says that there is growing interest in Zoho Workplace, the company’s productivity suite that combines email, messaging, video meetings, file storage and office applications.

The platform is being positioned as an alternative to Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, allowing organisations to achieve significant savings by consolidating collaboration and productivity tools within a single ecosystem.

Alongside these developments, Zoho has introduced updates across a range of products including CRM, Creator, Analytics, Projects, Recruit, Social and Flow, with a particular focus on automation, AI-powered functionality and enterprise integrations.

For A2Z Cloud, the combination of industry recognition and expanded product capabilities signals what it believes is an increasingly important role for the Zoho platform in helping businesses streamline operations and manage growth.
