Bath Building Society launches UK Savings Week Competition
Bath Building Society is inviting Members to take part in the UK Savings Week Competition, delivered in partnership with the Building Societies Association (BSA) and fintech partner Doshi.
For the first time, Members can compete in a national savings competition directly from their smartphones. Using the Doshi app, participants complete bite-sized interactive lessons, quizzes and challenges, earning points as they build money skills. A live leaderboard keeps the competition fun and engaging, with the top 20 Members winning Amazon gift vouchers.

This initiative helps us to empower the next generation while strengthening financial confidence across our community; encouraging people to learn, grow and achieve their financial goals”.
Research for UK Savings Week reveals that more than one in ten (12%) UK adults have no savings at all, while a similar number (14%) have less than £1,000 put aside, leaving millions financially vulnerable. The UK Savings Week Competition tackles this challenge by helping Members build savings confidence through interactive, real-life scenarios, from handling an unexpected bill to deciding how much to save each month.
The approach is already proven. Over 100,000 young adults in the UK have used Doshi to improve their money habits through interactive coaching and gamified learning. Our partnership with Doshi ensures these benefits go back into supporting local Members and communities, making financial wellbeing more accessible for everyone.

The UK Savings Week Competition runs until 28th September 2025. Bath Building Society members can take part for free. Participants complete quizzes, challenges and interactive learning journeys designed to boost everyday money skills, with prizes for top performers.
