Bath Clinic and Ridgeway Hospital sponsor TBE Awards to find Leader of the Year

The 2025 TBE Awards will celebrate business achievements across Bath, Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire.

Bath Clinic and Swindon’s Ridgeway Hospital are joint sponsors of the Leader of the Year category.

The Ridgeway Hospital and Bath Clinic are part of Circle Health Group, the UK’s largest provider of independent hospitals. Circle’s total commitment is to provide high-quality, patient-centred care across a wide range of specialties, from advanced diagnostics and robotic surgery to rehabilitation. Projects to ensure the best outcomes are consistently in place with a high focus on investing in innovative technologies, enhancing the patient experience, and expanding the range of consultant-led services.

We asked Sales and Marketing Managers Louise Cooper and Bernadette Walsh about the hospitals and their involvement in this year’s TBE Awards.

Why did you decide to sponsor a TBE Award category this year?

We’re delighted to support the 2025 TBE Awards as a way of celebrating the talent, dedication and achievements of local businesses. Sponsoring a category gives us the chance to give back to the community we serve and shine a light on the organisations making a real difference locally.

What was it about the category you’re sponsoring that appealed to you?

The Leader of the Year category resonated with us because it recognises vision, dedication and the positive impact a strong leader can have on their team and community – values we also champion at the Ridgeway Hospital and Bath Clinic.

How important is regional recognition like TBE Awards for businesses and organisations?

Bath Clinic and the Ridgeway Hospital are part of an international corporate brand called Circle Health Group, which has won several awards for our field of specialism.

We are as reliant as the SMEs in our community to have strong local USPs that will help drive customers through our door, so we understand fully the benefits and value that having an ‘award-winning’ message from a credible source is.

Are there other categories you’ll be keeping a close eye on?

Sustainability is a big topic for Circle this year, and so it is always good to learn from others. We look forward to seeing if we can share any ideas across our sites.

What are you looking forward to about Awards night? 

Patients from across the NHS, Insured and Self Pay market walk through the doors of the Bath Clinic and Ridgeway Hospital every day, so we are a fundamental part of this community.  In the role we play as a member of the business community, we look forward to coming together with other like-minded, forward-thinking organisations, who see the value in working together to acknowledge and support each other, and most importantly, celebrate each one of them.
