Bath Spa University (BSU) is holding a public consultation event this week for development plans opposite the Locksbrook campus.

Members of the local and University communities are invited to the event which will take place from 12pm to 7pm on Friday 15th May in Room G26 at the Locksbrook campus, Locksbrook Road, BA1 3EL.

The University is seeking feedback on its proposed plans for a new mixed-use development comprising employment space, academic space and student accommodation.

Members of the project team will be available throughout the day to answer questions and gather responses from attendees.

Feedback from the consultation will help shape and inform a full planning application to Bath and North East Somerset Council, which will be submitted in summer 2026.

According to the University, the new site forms part of its long-term plans for sustainable and inclusive growth and investment in the Locksbrook area and the city of Bath.
