Creatonics, a new wellness start-up based in the Bath area, has officially launched its flagship product: the UK’s first day-and-night creatine system formulated exclusively for women over 40.

To celebrate the launch, the brand has announced a founding partnership with Bath personal trainer and Olympic gold medallist Amy Williams MBE.

The concept was born from the need to support women through the physiological shifts of midlife, perimenopause, menopause and beyond. While creatine is widely celebrated for its muscle function and performance benefits, Creatonics is the first brand to optimise it specifically for a woman’s natural daily rhythm with a dual-formula approach.

The unique two-part system delivers 5g of creatine in both the Day and Night blends, providing a comprehensive 10g daily dose, an amount being increasingly studied for potential brain and cognitive benefits.

A spokesperson for Creatonics said, “We built the formula we couldn’t find anywhere else. Midlife demands a completely different level of nutritional support. We wanted to create a simple, effective daily routine that supports strength, mental clarity, and sustained energy, without the need to juggle multiple supplement bottles. Having Amy Williams join us as a founding ambassador is a perfect match as she embodies the exact strength, resilience, and vitality that Creatonics stands for.”

Amy Williams MBE, who won Great Britain’s first individual Winter Olympic gold medal in 30 years at the 2010 Vancouver Games, remains a prominent figure in the Bath community. Today, she is a sought-after personal trainer, public speaker, and advocate for women’s fitness.

She said, “As a personal trainer and someone passionate about long-term health, I am proud to partner with a local Bath brand that is genuinely championing women’s midlife health

“Women over 40 often face unique challenges with energy, muscle retention, and hormonal balance. Creatonics takes away the guesswork with a system that supports a woman’s body around the clock. I’m excited to help bring this game-changing product to women across the UK.”

Creatonics is proudly manufactured in the UK. The comprehensive day-and-night system is available now directly through their website.
