How All3 is helping businesses move from ‘grey’ to ‘green’
Founded in 2021 by Jordan Fletcher and Sri Ramakrishnan, All3 has grown from a two-person start-up to a team of 32 specialists based at Runway East in Bath.
Combining expertise in business change and technology, the consultancy helps organisations turn investment and ambition into tangible outcomes.
We caught up with Jordan Fletcher, Chief Executive Officer (or Chief Energy Officer, as he’s known internally) and Sri Ramakrishnan, Chief Problem Solver, to find out more.
Who are All3 Consultancy?
Jordan: We are a transformation consultancy working across strategy, technology, people and sourcing. Ultimately, we help businesses move from uncertainty and problems to clarity and measurable progress. In short, we turn ‘grey’ into ‘green’.
What do you do and who are your typical clients?
Jordan: All our clients start from the same point: they have a business problem that they need to solve. Whether they’re in aerospace, utilities, retail, manufacturing, finance or any other sector, transformation and change is for everyone. That might mean helping a leadership team turn an ambitious strategy into a practical plan, rescuing a programme that has lost its way or making sure a major technology investment delivers the benefits originally promised.
How did you meet and what inspired you to start the business together?
Sri: We had a shared frustration with the consulting industry. We felt there was a better way to do things and thought a consultancy founded not by consultants would be a good start.
How do your skills complement each other?
Jordan: My background is in programme delivery and business transformation, while Sri specialises in solving complex technology challenges. Together, we combine an understanding of the bigger business picture with deep technical expertise, helping clients take an idea all the way through to a successful outcome.
What was the vision for All3 Consultancy when you launched in 2021?
Sri: We founded the business because we’d seen organisations invest huge amounts of time and money into change programmes, only to be disappointed by the outcomes. Our vision was to close the gap between what clients were promised and what was actually delivered. We built the business around trust, transparency and realistic expectations. “Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication” remains one of our guiding principles. Sometimes the simplest solution is the right one.
What makes All3 different from other consultancies?
Sri: Our view is that it’s nearly impossible for any consultancy to say ‘what they do’ is a differentiator, so you’ll never hear us say it. It’s the ‘how’ we do it that is our magic.
In our recent 2026 customer survey we achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 92 out of 100, an exceptional result that reflects how strongly our clients value working with us.
Independence is a big part of what makes us different. We expect the highest standards from ourselves and everyone we work with, ensuring our recommendations are always based on what is right for the client.
Our mantra is simple: implementing a solution alongside our clients, not to our clients. We believe in enhancing their capabilities, not creating a reliance on outside parties. We become part of the client’s team, helping them build the confidence and capability to keep improving long after we have left.
What are the values that drive the business?
Jordan: Everything we do comes back to three values: Pedigree, Integrity and Personality.
Pedigree means experienced consultants who know what good looks like and bring a proven approach to every engagement. Integrity is about building trust through actions, not words. Personality is about having a way of working that’s entirely our own, and clients feel it from the first conversation.
How has the business developed since the start-up phase?
Sri: It’s been a really fun ride. Growing from two founders to a team of more than 30 “ninjas” has been extremely satisfying. One of our biggest successes has been recruiting the right people who share our values and culture. All3 has never been an easy place to work, but it is a great place to work.
Why did you decide to invest in Bath as your headquarters?
Jordan: One of the easier decisions we’ve had to make. Way back when All3 was just a thought in our minds, Bath was always going to be our home. Not only is it a city that gives its visitors a sense of wonder, prestige and heritage, but it is also a city that best reflects us.
What’s special about working in Bath and being part of the Runway East community?
Sri: There is a real sense of collaboration here and we’ve built some great relationships through the local business community. Runway East has been a huge part of that. It’s a genuinely supportive environment where businesses want to see each other succeed.
We’re also passionate about creating opportunities locally, whether that’s through our work with the University of Bath and Bath Spa University, mentoring students or helping people gain real-world experience through client projects.
You’ve recently launched a new website and brand refresh. What’s the thinking behind that?
Jordan: We wanted to be really clear about who ALL3 is, what we stand for and what makes us different. The brand came first: getting our values, our personality and our positioning properly defined. The website is really the first place the world sees that brand brought to life, so it was important to get it right. We think it reflects us honestly: direct, confident and focused on the ‘how’ rather than just the ‘what’.
Tell us about your charity partner, Reach CIC, and your wider commitment to community impact?
Sri: It’s our belief that if you can help, you should help. We encourage our team to spend time each month volunteering with charities and community organisations. We simply believe businesses should use their expertise to make a positive difference where they can.
For us, the importance of this work is that it’s done and not showcased.
A local charity that is particularly close to our hearts is Reach (www.reachyouth.co.uk). They provide high-quality, needs-led alternative education provision to schools and other services, supporting young people all across the South West. Each time we meet with the Reach team we are blown away by the impact they have, so supporting them even in a small way can really help make a difference.
What are your aspirations for the business over the next few years?
Jordan: Our ambition is to grow All3 without losing what makes us different. That means continuing to attract great people, taking on work where we can make a real difference and rewarding bravery one client and one colleague at a time.
If you could share one thing with the TBE community, what would it be?
Sri: People rarely resist change simply because it’s new. More often, they resist because they don’t understand why it’s happening or feel they haven’t been heard.
Whatever you’re trying to change, within a business, a team or a community, take people with you. Explain the reasons honestly, listen to their concerns and involve them early. The best ideas only succeed when people believe in them.
