Interaction, the Bath-based strategic workplace design and build company, has unveiled new occupier-ready offices in one of Bristol’s landmark commercial buildings.

Commissioned by real estate investment firm EPIC, the development has turned the top floor of Linear Park, in Temple Quay, into an ultra-flexible workspace for new tenants.

The 8,000 sq ft office provides a range of workspaces and meeting rooms for different working styles, including open-plan desks and private booths for more focused activities.

The CAT A+ workspace also features a moveable central metal divide which creates an area that can be used as a tea point, breakout area or informal meeting space – encouraging a sense of community and collaboration amongst tenants.

Cleverly placed walls future-proof the space, allowing occupiers to leave the workspace open plan or add more partitions if they want to.

The new office at Linear Park is the latest quality pre-fitted workspace designed by Interaction as part of the firm’s Primed programme to help landlords, serviced office providers and co-working operators attract top tenants.

Dieter Wood, Interaction’s Managing Director, said, “Linear Park is one of Bristol’s landmark office buildings. So when we were asked to create a modern, new occupier-ready workspace on behalf of landlords EPIC, we leapt at the chance.

“Flexibility is key when attracting future tenants who may have different needs and ways of working. Our innovative design allows them to configure the space to suit their specific requirements.

“The fit-out has been styled minimally to ensure the space is beautiful without giving it its own distinct personality. This means it’s ready for a tenant to make it their own.”
