Mayden lands multiple award wins and nominations throughout 2024
Mayden, a growing Bath-based health tech company, has won and been shortlisted for numerous awards this year including for its innovation in health tech solutions and organisational excellence.
The EntreConf Awards recognise the top entrepreneurs in the South West and Mayden was the winner of both the ‘employer’ and ‘health and wellbeing’ categories. Judges praised the company for a “highly thoughtful approach to management and team that’s eminently scalable.”
The firm also won the ‘Innovation’ award at the South West Business of the Year Awards 2024 – an event that celebrates companies who are pushing boundaries within their industry and are innovating, disrupting and thriving.
In addition, Mayden’s book, “Made Without Managers”, was highly commended at the Business Book of the Year Awards, coming runner up in the ‘people, culture and management’ category. A passion project for the team at Mayden, the book documents their journey away from traditional organisational structures to self-management, empowering staff and fostering creativity and innovation.
Mayden was also highly commended in the ‘Organisational Excellence – Best Place to Work’ category at the national UK IT Industry awards. This recognition, alongside larger corporations, underscores the firms innovative culture and dedication to fostering a positive work environment.
Similarly, in the Culture Pioneers Awards – which recognise those who are shaping workplace culture and the future of work – Mayden is a shortlisted finalist under the ‘Culture Pioneer Brand Award’. The firm has also solidified its position as a leading emerging tech company, earning a top 50 spot in the 2024 Megabuyte 100 awards – the second year in a row that Mayden has been recognised as a Megabuyte Emerging Stars company.
Finally, Fiona Dawson, Director at Mayden, is shortlisted for ‘IT Leader of the Year’ at the Women in Tech Excellence Awards.
