Nine Feet Tall partners with Weetabix to drive global efficiency
Bath-based change management consultancy Nine Feet Tall has partnered with Weetabix to enhance the breakfast brand’s global operational efficiency through a transformative enterprise resource planning (ERP) programme.
Named ‘Transformabix’, Nine Feet Tall’s consultants supported the Weetabix team through the implementation of the digital transformation programme, as the previous platform was coming to the end of its lifespan.
ERP systems are integral to modern businesses, encompassing the tools and processes that support core functions such as human resources, manufacturing, supply chain management, finance, and more.
