Nine Feet Tall and Talan unite to drive AI success
One year after joining global consulting group Talan, Nine Feet Tall is delivering stronger results for clients by expanding its services.
The partnership brings together Talan’s digital expertise and Nine Feet Tall’s change management skills, enabling more effective digital transformation projects across industries and regions.
The collaboration has come to fruition on a number of projects over the past year, including a major AI adoption programme for a banking client, supporting over 1,000 employees.
Talan Spain is leading the capability-building stream, training a group of AI Ambassadors to use no-code AI tools effectively, who will then cascade this knowledge within their teams, helping to embed practical AI skills across the organisation.
Nine Feet Tall’s expertise in change management is ensuring the programme takes root, delivering tailored behavioural change interventions and developing core messaging to ensure quality improvements.
Esther McMorris, founder and CEO of Nine Feet Tall, said, “Our partnership with Talan was always designed to bring together complementary expertise and improve our collective service offering and we are pleased to see this in action.
“Our combined approach brings together the strengths of both companies, such as technical expertise, practical training, strategic messaging, and robust evaluation.
“Our client is benefiting from a unified programme that empowers people, accelerates adoption, and explores the full potential of no-code AI tools, enabling the client to make evidence-based decisions on future investments on AI.”
Talan acquired Nine Feet Tall in September 2024, but with the firm remaining as an independent and autonomous business within the brand.
The consultancy works across sectors including retail and consumer goods, housing, construction, manufacturing, legal and financial services, and the third sector, driving results that make businesses more profitable, agile and competitive.
