TBE Awards: Get your entries in
Entries are now open for the TBE Awards 2026, celebrating innovation, entrepreneurship and leadership across Bath & Somerset and Swindon & Wiltshire.
Now in its third year, the Awards are organised by The Business Exchange South West and continue to shine a spotlight on the people, businesses and organisations driving growth and positive change across the region.
We’re delighted that Thrings is returning as headline sponsor for a third year, reaffirming their commitment to recognising excellence across the South West’s vibrant business community.
TBE Awards 2026 are also proudly supported by our category sponsors and supporters, including Milsted Langdon, Chalkhill Blue, University of Bath School of Management, Fracteura, N3 Display Graphics, Invest in B&NES and Richardson Swift, all of whom play a vital role in helping us celebrate innovation, entrepreneurship and leadership across the region.
Ramona Derbyshire, Head of Business Growth at Thrings, said, “Our region is home to a bold, ambitious and innovative business community and we are thrilled to be able to continue shining a spotlight on their success as headline sponsor for TBE Awards.
“To have the chance to stand alongside so many inspiring organisations and founders who are driving growth, shaping the future of the local economy and putting the South West on the map is an exciting prospect, and we are very much looking forward to the 2026 Awards and celebrating another year of outstanding achievement.”
While Thrings has supported the TBE Awards as headline sponsor since their launch, 2026 marks Ramona’s first year joining the judging panel, bringing her experience of working closely with businesses of all sizes to the assessment process.
With 14 categories to choose from, there are opportunities for businesses and not-for-profits of all sizes to showcase their achievements, share their stories and gain recognition as part of the South West’s thriving business scene.
Past winners include Joint Operations, NSBRC, Salocin Group, Alabaré, Bath Racecourse, Digital Wonderlab, Web Usability, Gel Studios, KR HR & Training Consultancy, Theatre Royal Bath, Southby & Co Financial Planning, The Pursuit Agency, Clearly PR, Interaction and Nine Feet Tall.
Anita Jaynes, Founder of The Business Exchange and organiser of TBE Awards, said, “I can’t wait to build on the success of the last two years of the TBE Awards. Last year we received over 130 entries from businesses of all sizes, from start-ups to SMEs and large organisations, with entries reflecting the full breadth of our region across Bath & Somerset and Swindon & Wiltshire.
“The idea behind these Awards was simple: to connect the areas we serve, shine a light on the incredible work happening locally, and help businesses and not-for-profits collaborate and grow.
“Awards Night itself is a true celebration of every finalist. We share the stories behind their work, creating a genuine showcase of the amazing activity happening on our doorstep. I want everyone who attends to leave inspired and ready to keep flying the flag for our region.”
This year’s Awards Night will take place at Komedia in Bath, starting with a VIP Drinks Reception hosted by N3 Display Graphics, followed by an evening of celebration, entertainment and recognition.
