Thursday 6th November sees the second annual TBE Awards, sponsored by Thrings, take place in Wiltshire.
After a hugely well-received inaugural event in 2024, TBE Awards is once again recognising the very best organisations and individuals from across the South West.
Windsor Hill Mortgages is a Bath-based team of mortgage, protection advisers and support staff helping first-time buyers, home movers and landlords make confident decisions.
The company has been shortlisted in the Going for Growth category, which is sponsored by Milsted Langdon.
Over the last year the business has grown its client volume, supported hundreds of households and maintained a 5-star rating across 180+ Google reviews.
Windsor Hill’s approach blends warm, human advice with smart processes, clear explanations and proactive updates from the first chat to offer. The company invests in tools that make the journey smoother and stress-free, and says that above all, it cares about doing what’s right for its clients, every time.
We spoke to Marketing Manager, Marsinta Pasai, about Windsor Hill Mortgages and its shortlisting in the 2025 TBE Awards.
Why did you enter the 2025 TBE Awards?
Because growth only matters if service improves with it. We’ve scaled while keeping advice personal, plain English, fast updates, clear next steps, and wanted to benchmark that progress against Bath’s best. TBE also reflects our community values and helps us attract great people who share them.
What achievement are you most proud of in the past 12 months?
Growing our Google reviews to 184 reviews (so far) with a 5.0 star rating would be one of our proudest achievements. The comments consistently highlight clear, plain-English advice, fast updates, and that we go the extra mile. We reply to every review and feed the insights into weekly team meetings, so each bit of feedback directly improves the next client’s journey.
What does being a finalist in the TBE Awards mean to you / your team?
It’s a thank-you to our clients for trusting us, and a huge lift for a team that cares about getting the detail right. Recognition from local judges tells us we’re scaling the right way, with empathy, clarity and consistency.
What’s next for you – any exciting plans or goals on the horizon?
We want to grow our team in 2026 to align with our client growth, more efficient use of our internal dashboards to keep cases moving, and deeper community partnerships through Bath Rugby and charities. We’ll continue simplifying the journey for first-time buyers, home movers and landlords, and grow our protection advice so families are better covered.
If you win, how will you celebrate?
I can already see a big Celebrations chocolate box on our table. But definitely some drinks and food with the team at a local pub, and send lots of thank-yous to our partners and clients.
