WestSpring IT has strengthened its team with three new appointments to support it through its next phase of growth.

The latest appointments include one internal promotion alongside two new recruits, boosting the company’s technical expertise, client support and business development capabilities.

This latest investment follows WestSpring IT’s recent inclusion in the IT Channel Oxygen Fast-Growth 50 for 2026, recognising the business as one of the UK’s fastest-growing managed service providers.

The new appointments are Daniel Cully, promoted to Head of Technical Delivery; Mark King, joining as Technical Delivery Response Lead; and Lewis Morgan, taking on the role of Senior Business Development Executive.

CEO Emma Carter said, “We’ve spent the last 18 months strengthening the business, not just through the services we offer but by investing in the people who deliver them every day.

“Daniel’s promotion is thoroughly deserved and reflects the opportunities we want to create for people within WestSpring. At the same time, we’re delighted to welcome both Mark and Lewis to the team. They each bring valuable experience that will help us continue delivering the high standards our clients expect while supporting our next phase of growth.”

Daniel’s promotion to Head of Technical Delivery comes after joining WestSpring IT just over three years ago on the service desk. Having progressed through the company, he will now focus on client experience, team development and service delivery.

Daniel said, “I get the greatest satisfaction from seeing the team succeed. I want people to feel genuinely empowered and supported in building rewarding careers, while making sure we’re delivering the very best experience for our clients.”

Emma Carter added, “We’re ambitious about where we want to go, but we also know that sustainable growth comes from having the right people, the right culture and the right foundations in place. These appointments strengthen all three, and we’re excited about what comes next.”

Based in Aztec West in Bristol, WestSpring IT provides strategic managed IT solutions, with service excellence a priority, establishing long-lasting partnerships with businesses in the UK who see technology as central to their business development and growth.
