Bath Boules is set to return in Summer 2026, with the Bath Business Improvement District (BID) taking on the organisation of the popular event, ensuring its legacy continues to thrive in the heart of the city.

The Bath Boules has long been a highlight of the city’s summer calendar, combining fun, community spirit and charitable giving. With Bath BID stepping in as organisers, the event is set to grow even further, building on its strong foundations.

For over a decade, MediaClash has played a pivotal role in shaping Bath Boules into the vibrant celebration it is today. This dedication has not only brought joy to those who played but also raised significant funds for local causes.

Celia Mead, Trustee of Bath Boules Charitable Trust, said, “Bath Boules Charitable Trust is delighted to announce that the Bath Business Improvement District (BID) will be taking on the organisation of the much cherished Bath Boules event in 2026. For the last 11 years, this has been superbly run by MediaClash, raising hundreds of thousands of pounds for local charities while adding to the joy of living and working in Bath at this spectacular Summer event.”

Allison Herbert, Chief Executive Officer of Bath BID said, “We are honoured to take on the organisation of Bath Boules. Our aim is to make 2026 bigger and more inclusive than ever, while continuing the tradition of raising funds for local charities. We look forward to working with partners across the city to ensure this much-loved event remains a highlight of Bath’s summer.”
