South West Charity Conference & Expo 2026: Meet Echo DMS
The Business Exchange South West Charity Conference & Expo returns to Bath Racecourse on Thursday 11th June 2026.
This year’s theme is Rebuilding Trust, Resilience and Relevance: The Future of Charity in a Changing World, with sessions and conversations exploring how the sector can adapt, reconnect and continue to make an impact during a time of rapid change.
The annual event is now in its 8th year, and is being delivered in partnership with our founding sponsor Milsted Langdon.
Attracting attendees and exhibitors from across the country, the South West Charity Conference & Expo has grown to be a flagship event for the TBE network and promises a wealth of opportunities to connect, converse and contribute.

What does your organisation do?
We’re a direct marketing agency specialising in individual giving for charities. We understand fundraising, and our passion is to help busy fundraisers plan, create, and deliver high-performing fundraising campaigns that make a tangible difference. We offer practical data planning and analysis with insight, impactful creative and copy, effective data cleansing, as well as seamless print and production services.
Why have you signed up for the Conference & Expo and what do you hope to gain from it?
We attended last year as exhibitors and really enjoyed the experience. It’s so nice to meet with like-minded people and make new connections… and even better that it’s local!
Are there any parts you are looking forward to the most?
We can’t honestly say there is one part. It’s lovely of course to have the opportunity to catch up with friends and colleagues but equally wonderful to wander the stands at the expo and meet new ones.
What can people expect from your organisation on the day?
We’ll be bringing along samples of our work, both from the last 12 months and prior, so even if you have seen some of our work before, there will be something new. We’ll be on hand to chat about anything and everything charity individual giving related, so if there is anything you’d like to pick our brains about, please feel free to come and chat.
