Prior to joining Fidelius, James was Head of Financial Planning at WTW working with a variety of clients to achieve their financial goals. He will work closely with Fidelius’ Financial Planners, focussing on personal and business development.
Meanwhile, Fidelius is also proud to have launched its new Nottingham office. As part of its workplace strategy and broader company goals, the business has taken the opportunity to replicate the success of its Bath office with its Nottingham-based team.
This includes finding a space that enhances the team’s working environment. The new office includes 16 dual screen workstations, four sit-stand desks, two individual phone booths, and a six-person collaboration bench with Teams bar and wall mounted screen for team meetings, roadshows and Fidelius Updates.
Samantha Hay, Operations Director at Fidelius, said, “Our strategy has been focussed on ensuring that our workspaces meet the needs of our people, creating spaces that you really want to be in, with room for future growth. It is also important to have consistency between all our offices, that they look and feel the same, and that they allow people to work in different ways to suit their needs. I am please we have achieved this with this new office.”
