Social data mining can be used as part of the mix, using tools such as Facebook to build brand awareness that lead to sales.

Working in this way with clients such as Creed Fragrances, we’ve helped them achieve their best trading periods and see continued growth. During Christmas 2018 we managed a campaign for Creed that delivered a return on investment of 738% and an increase in revenue of 34%. 

We’ve shaped up our business for the next decade, investing in research and development and have created a new business intelligence tool designed to showcase data trends and opportunities.
