Leadership Together has been confirmed as a sponsor of Leadership Dialogues 2026, hosted by the University of Bath’s School of Management at The Forum, Bath, on Wednesday 1st July.

Now entering its third year, Leadership Dialogues has quickly established itself as a leading South West platform for forward-thinking discussion. The event brings together trailblazing thought leaders, renowned academics, and senior executives from across the UK and beyond to explore the evolving landscape of leadership, including the challenges and opportunities shaping today’s increasingly complex global environment.

Leadership Together is dedicated to empowering individuals and organisations to achieve excellence through impactful leadership. Its work spans leadership development programmes, mentoring, executive coaching, consultancy and project management, all designed to unlock potential and deliver meaningful, sustainable results at every level of leadership.

Mark Blackman, Founder of Leadership Together, said, “Like Leadership Dialogues, Leadership Together is deeply committed to supporting leaders to achieve excellence across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, charity, education and local government. This shared purpose made the partnership a natural fit, with a mutual ambition to drive positive change and promote leadership as a powerful force for good at local, national and global levels.”

Mark Blackman and Nicola Lace, an experienced educational leader with over 17 years’ experience, will jointly facilitate an afternoon breakout workshop at Leadership Dialogues on Wednesday 1st July.

Nicola Lace added, “Joining forces with the University of Bath for this event is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the power of collaborative leadership. Bringing trauma-informed perspectives into professional spaces is something I am deeply passionate about. By leading with empathy and an understanding of neurodiversity, it is possible to create environments where people feel safe to excel.”
