Bath’s Victoria Art Gallery has released tickets for a series of art workshops taking place early next year.

The Grade II listed building will host six creative masterclasses taking place in January and February 2021.

The workshops are perfect for those who want to indulge in some creativity or are looking to start a new hobby in the new year. They also make a fantastic Christmas gift.

Participants will be able to learn a range of skills across several disciplines including cartooning, caricature, watercolour and calligraphy with three local artists in this beautiful and inspiring setting.

Located next to the Guildhall, the Victoria Art Gallery was named to celebrate Queen Victoria’s 60th year on the throne. It houses a fine collection of paintings, sculpture, glasswear and decorative arts, including works by Gainsborough, Sickert, Nash and Klee.

The building consists of the grand Upper Gallery and a more contemporary Lower Gallery, with an inviting marble entrance hall and grand staircase.

Spaces for the creative masterclasses are limited to 12 people in each session and early booking is advised.
