Mentoring Plus explores moral courage in leadership at latest Inspiring Leaders lunch

Professionals, leaders and aspiring leaders from across Bath are invited to explore the role of moral courage in leadership at the latest Inspiring Leaders Working Lunch hosted by Mentoring Plus.

Taking place at Bath Rec on Thursday 22nd October, the lunchtime event will feature leadership expert Dr S. Jane Craig, Chief Executive Officer at otherkind and a Non-Executive Board member at Bath Rugby, leading a reflective and interactive workshop titled The Courage to Be Moral in the Modern Age.

During the session, Jane will encourage attendees to consider what moral courage means in today’s leadership landscape and how they might develop their own capacity to lead with it.

The event is aimed at professionals at all stages of their leadership journey and will provide an opportunity to explore leadership through a thought-provoking lens while connecting with fellow Bath professionals in an informal setting. Guests will also enjoy a two-course hot buffet lunch as part of the experience.

Jane is an independent consultant specialising in leadership development, organisational design and change management. During an 18-year career with Mars Incorporated, she held a range of commercial roles before leading the company’s Global Leadership Development Team. Today, she works with C-suite and senior leadership teams across sectors including FMCG, pharmaceutical, engineering, banking and healthcare, while also serving on the board of Bath Rugby.

The lunch forms part of Mentoring Plus’s Inspiring Leaders series, which brings together established and aspiring leaders from Bath and the surrounding area to learn from experienced speakers, build professional connections and become part of a supportive business community.
