South West Charity Conference & Expo 2026: Wiltshire & Swindon Community Foundation
The Business Exchange South West Charity Conference & Expo returns to Bath Racecourse on Thursday 11th June 2026.
This year’s theme is Rebuilding Trust, Resilience and Relevance: The Future of Charity in a Changing World, with sessions and conversations exploring how the sector can adapt, reconnect and continue to make an impact during a time of rapid change.
The annual event is now in its 8th year, and is being delivered in partnership with our founding sponsor Milsted Langdon.
Attracting attendees and exhibitors from across the country, the South West Charity Conference & Expo has grown to be a flagship event for the TBE network and promises a wealth of opportunities to connect, converse and contribute.

What does your organisation do?
Wiltshire & Swindon Community Foundation is an independent charity dedicated to challenging inequity and building community resilience across Wiltshire and Swindon. We do this through inspiring local philanthropy, connecting people and resources, and supporting a thriving voluntary and community sector. We connect people who care with causes that matter.
As the largest grant-giving organisation in Wiltshire and Swindon, we awarded more than £2.5m in grants last year, supporting over 80,000 people across our communities. This impact is only possible thanks to the generosity of our funders, donors, and partners, who share our commitment to creating lasting local change.
Why have you signed up for the Conference & Expo and what do you hope to gain from it?
We’re looking forward to connecting with charities and community organisations from across the South West, hearing more about the inspiring work taking place within our local communities, and learning about the successes and challenges that they are currently facing. We also really value opportunities like this to meet fellow funders, share learning, and better understand ways in which we can strengthen the support available to the local VCSE sector.
We are also looking forward to meeting businesses and professional advisors who are passionate about giving locally and having meaningful conversations about their giving goals and objectives – exploring how we can help connect their charitable giving to the people, places, and causes that matter most to them.
Are there any parts of the event you are looking forward to the most?
The opportunity to connect with new people from both charities and businesses is something we’re particularly excited about. We’re looking forward to having conversations, building new relationships, and discovering opportunities to collaborate with organisations and individuals who are committed to supporting and strengthening local communities.
What can people expect from your organisation on the day?
We’ll have a welcoming stand where delegates and fellow exhibitors can meet members of our friendly team, find out more about our work, and explore how we work with local donors and businesses to support charities, community groups, and individuals across Wiltshire and Swindon. Whether people want to discuss funding, local giving, partnerships, or community impact, we’d love to have a conversation.
