South West Charity Conference & Expo 2026: Charity Accounting Partners
The Business Exchange South West Charity Conference & Expo returns to Bath Racecourse on Thursday 11th June 2026.
This year’s theme is Rebuilding Trust, Resilience and Relevance: The Future of Charity in a Changing World, with sessions and conversations exploring how the sector can adapt, reconnect and continue to make an impact during a time of rapid change.
The annual event is now in its 8th year, and is being delivered in partnership with our founding sponsor Milsted Langdon.
Attracting attendees and exhibitors from across the country, the South West Charity Conference & Expo has grown to be a flagship event for the TBE network and promises a wealth of opportunities to connect, converse and contribute.

What does your organisation do?
Charity Accounting Partners is an outsourced finance and strategic advisory firm working exclusively with UK charities. We act as the finance function for the organisations we support, covering everything from day-to-day bookkeeping and management accounts through to year-end accounts, independent examination preparation, Charity Commission compliance and board-level strategic advice. Our focus is entirely on the charity sector, so the team lives and breathes Charities SORP, restricted and unrestricted funds, Gift Aid and the particular pressures charity finance teams face.
Why have you signed up for the Conference & Expo and what do you hope to gain from it?
The South West has a thriving charity community, and we wanted to be part of the conversation. We’re hoping to meet charity leaders, trustees and finance teams, understand the challenges they’re wrestling with right now, and share some of what we’ve learned helping organisations strengthen their finances. Building genuine relationships in the sector matters far more to us than a hard sell.
Are there any parts of the event you are looking forward to the most?
The conversations, above all. We always come away from these events with a sharper sense of what’s keeping charity leaders up at night, and the sessions and networking are a brilliant way to take the pulse of the sector. We’re also looking forward to learning from the other exhibitors and speakers.
What can people expect from your organisation on the day?
A friendly, jargon-free conversation about charity finance. Whether someone wants to talk through a specific problem, understand what outsourcing their finance function could look like, or simply get a second opinion, we’re happy to help with no pressure. Visitors are very welcome to stop by the stand for a chat.
