TBE’s 8th annual South West Charity Conference & Expo – with Milsted Langdon
We are just two weeks away from TBE’s 8th annual South West Charity Conference & Expo , which returns to Bath Racecourse on Thursday 11th June 2026.
The event will focus on the theme of Rebuilding Trust, Resilience and Relevance: The Future of Charity in a Changing World. Sessions and conversations will explore how the sector can adapt, reconnect and continue to make an impact during a time of rapid change.
Attracting attendees and exhibitors from across the country, the South West Charity Conference & Expo has grown to be a flagship event for the TBE network and promises a wealth of opportunities to connect, converse and contribute.
Our founding partner and leading independent accountancy, tax and business advisory firm, Milsted Langdon, talked to us about their involvement.
What does your organisation do?
Milsted Langdon is one of the leading independent firms of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers in the South West. With offices in Bath, Bristol, London, Taunton and Yeovil, we act for individuals and businesses as well as charities, trusts and not-for-profit organisations. We have a wealth of knowledge and experience working with charities on a wide range of issues – from planning to setting up a charity to technical advice on regulatory or compliance issues and minimising tax liabilities. Our aim is to provide the best support to organisations, enabling them to focus on their core principles.
Why is the South West Charity Conference & Expo important to you?
TBE South West Charity Conference & Expo is a great opportunity for Milsted Langdon to meet and catch up with so many passionate charity leaders and to be able to share advice and guidance on issues that really matter to the sector. There are many charities that are facing the same challenges, and talking it through can be highly beneficial, knowing that you are not alone and there is help and advice out there.
Are there any parts of the day you are looking forward to the most?
We’re really looking forward to supporting the whole event – the day is full of networking and collaboration opportunities and there is always something to take away from the seminar sessions.
What can people expect from your organisation on the day?
As Milsted Langdon are a founding sponsor of the event, we will be on the panel during the networking breakfast, discussing the day’s theme of rebuilding trust, resilience and relevance, aiming to open up conversations on how we can work collectively to adapt and make a difference.
