South West Charity Conference & Expo 2026: Meet Oxygen
The Business Exchange South West Charity Conference & Expo returns to Bath Racecourse on Thursday 11th June 2026.
This year’s theme is Rebuilding Trust, Resilience and Relevance: The Future of Charity in a Changing World, with sessions and conversations exploring how the sector can adapt, reconnect and continue to make an impact during a time of rapid change.
The annual event is now in its 8th year, and is being delivered in partnership with our founding sponsor Milsted Langdon.
Attracting attendees and exhibitors from across the country, the South West Charity Conference & Expo has grown to be a flagship event for the TBE network and promises a wealth of opportunities to connect, converse and contribute.

What does your organisation do?
Oxygen is an independent, strategic design agency, specialising in accessible graphic design and sustainable web design. Working only with purpose-driven organisations, we support brands to ensure their communications have impact, are accessible and sustainable, in order to support them in achieving their mission.
Why have you signed up for the Conference & Expo and what do you hope to gain from it?
We attended and exhibited last year and found it to be a really interesting day, making lots of new contacts and spreading awareness about our work and about digital sustainability in general.
Are there any parts you are looking forward to the most?
The breakfast was amazing last year! And a nice opportunity to meet people before the talks and exhibition kicked off
What can people expect from your organisation on the day?
My colleague Ruth and I will be on our stand all day, offering advice on how to make your digital communications more sustainable (eco-friendly), discussing the report we produced last year on this topic and chatting about anything related to design for good!
There will also be the opportunity to win a free sustainability audit of your existing website (worth £500) by leaving your business card with us. The draw will be made on the day.
