South West Charity Conference & Expo 2026: Meet School in a Bag
The Business Exchange South West Charity Conference & Expo returns to Bath Racecourse on Thursday 11th June 2026.
This year’s theme is Rebuilding Trust, Resilience and Relevance: The Future of Charity in a Changing World, with sessions and conversations exploring how the sector can adapt, reconnect and continue to make an impact during a time of rapid change.
The annual event is now in its 8th year, and is being delivered in partnership with our founding sponsor Milsted Langdon.
Attracting attendees and exhibitors from across the country, the South West Charity Conference & Expo has grown to be a flagship event for the TBE network and promises a wealth of opportunities to connect, converse and contribute.
School in a Bag is just one of many organisations taking part.
What does your organisation do?
School in a Bag sends School bags filled with educational resources to disadvantaged, disaster-affected and displaced children around the world.
Why have you signed up for the Conference & Expo and what do you hope to gain from it?
We’ve signed up to raise awareness of our work and connect with like-minded organisations, businesses and individuals who are passionate about education and global development. We hope to build meaningful partnerships, explore potential funding opportunities, and share how supporting education can have a lasting impact on communities worldwide.
Are there any parts of the day you are looking forward to the most?
We’re particularly looking forward to networking opportunities and hearing from other organisations and speakers. We’re also excited about the opportunity to spread the word about School in a Bag, share our mission with a wider audience, and inspire more people to get involved.
What can people expect from your organisation on the day?
Visitors can expect to learn more about the tangible impact of our work, see examples of the school bags and contents we provide, and hear real stories about the difference these resources make. We’ll also be happy to discuss ways to get involved, from corporate partnerships to volunteering and fundraising.
