Rengen House is a boutique co-working space in the heart of Bath; a community to co-work, host meetings, events and relax with clients or colleagues. With high-end finishes and a cool, relaxing vibe, Rengen House offers a refreshing change to the ‘traditional office’ environment, much more suited to the way that people live and work these days – but don’t take it from us, hear from member, Marie Young, Project Manager at Instaeng on why Rengen House is the place to be…

What sector of business are you in and why does Rengen House work for you?

We work in the UK security sector delivering procurement, manpower and vetting solutions for our clients which are blue chip corporates and government. Group turnover grew well last year to just over £100m making us one of the largest privately owned security companies in the UK. We love Bath, the company started here, our chairman still lives here and it’s our base for the back office team. Rengen House offers us a flexible South West location with a great corporate feel.

What do you enjoy about being a member at Rengen House?

We use a mix of Rengen House Membership packages which gives us great flexibility to accommodate and host team meetings while scaling back too. Having three floors with very different vibes and layouts is great for finding a location to work for any given occasion, the seated outside area is a real bonus to wind down at lunch or with a beer after work or even take a Teams call in the sunshine. The location within Bath is perfect with everything you need within easy reach, be it the train station, shops or food!

In terms of the basics, the Wi-Fi is great, the premises secure, the free coffee and snacks, they even have oat milk! What more could you want? It’s a great place to meet and come together with other people from all types of businesses and makes every day not the same. There is a great sense of community here and there is never a dull day. There are regular member days as well as celebrating those all-important international days such as beer week!
