Rengen House is a boutique co-working space in the heart of Bath; a community to co-work, host meetings, events and relax with clients or colleagues. With high-end finishes and a cool, relaxing vibe, Rengen House offers a refreshing change to the ‘traditional office’ environment, much more suited to the way that people live and work these days – but don’t take it from us, hear from member, John White, Chief Executive Officer at Arena Global Management (AGM).

What sector of business are you in and why does Rengen House work for you?

AGM is Bath’s leading planning consultancy and has been established here for more than 20 years. We offer expert planning advice on a range of services.

It is great to have our team now based here at Rengen House, especially as we have been involved with this listed building and with the team at Rengen since the early stages of its development. AGM were successful in gaining planning permission for the building’s change of use (from a restaurant) and internal alterations, to achieve what is now the most convivial co-working space in central Bath with the unique atmosphere of a private club.

What do you enjoy about being a member at Rengen House?

The space offers us the truly flexible working environment we were looking for post covid. It allows our team of eight to have a dedicated and private office, as well as being able to make use of the co-working facilities. Our team regularly require additional areas to hold meetings with developers, farmers, planning officers and local councillors. Rengen House has break out meeting rooms specifically for this purpose. Along with a good coffee machine our guests are made very welcome. We are proud of where we work. In addition to this the networking events and chances for conversation with other businesses leads to increased exposure for AGM and most importantly gives a happy working environment for our team.
